As a Customer Service Associate for LMI Philly, you’ll be there for every new and existing customer who has questions about our clients products, services and current promotions. You will provide expert customer service to give advice, offer support and leave the customer feeling satisfied with their customer experience. Customer Service Associate Job Summary
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time.
Open new customer accounts.
Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
Work as a team player with fellow team members to optimize productivity.
Customer Service Associate Qualifications
Minimum of one year of customer service, retail or sales experience
Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Energetic and motivated
Excellent communication skills
Passion for customer service
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
You’ll be the professional face of our well known client, you will engage with new and existing customers, using persuasive and conversation techniques build rapport and relationships which lead to closing of successful sales. Talking with all sorts of different customers, you’ll deliver a personal service every time, and, with lots of training to get you up to speed, we’ll help you to do just that.
Experience in a similar job would be a big advantage, but it isn’t essential. We’re looking for hands-on kind of people. People who are ready to roll their sleeves up, learn, and become the best they can be. Friendliness, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in people’s needs will go a long way too. Most importantly, we look for go-getters, people with lots of initiative, and those who know what it means to put the customer first. And in return, we’ll do everything we can to look after you too.
