We are searching for a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our Sewer Sales & Excavation Department.
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sewer sales operation by supporting the Sewer Estimators in the field and by providing sales and administrative support to the Sewer Operations Manager.

This is a Full Time Hourly position! Great opportunity for a mid-career level Admin - MUST HAVE SOLID EXCEL SKILLS!!! Fast paced department, needs a Multi-Tasking Guru!! You'll be dealing with our Sales Estimators, our Technicians in the field, our Customers, Inspectors and County Agencies... •Follow up on calls for leads resulting in left messages or left estimates.

•Monitor main drain activity and coordinate between drain technicians and estimators in order to create opportunities to sell jobs.

•Create and capitalize on opportunities in order to achieve company's revenue and gross profit goals.

•Maintain Service Titan accuracy and order entry for follow ups and sewer replacements.

•Assign leads and dispatch sewer estimators.

•Track leads and changes.

•Maintain record on a spreadsheet of daily drain cleaning tracking and monthly sewer sales

•Maintain and update the sewer sales board.

•Ensure estimators are staying on task and responding to their leads in a timely manner.

•Confirm status of estimator calls and verify correct assignments in Service Titan.

•Confirm scheduled calls for estimators throughout the day and page leads

•Receive and process documentation from estimators and excavation crew


•Assist with other duties as assigned.

•Function as back up for Excavation Coordinator.

•Maintain daily departmental tracking

•Coordinate the flow of Sales Leads to sales personnel

•Update database with current lead status'

•Process excavation folders and confirm completion of paperwork

•Triage customer service issues

•Other duties as assigned


•Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

•Ability to work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent Customer Service skills.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.


•High school or equivalent experience.

•Minimum of three years' office administration experience required.

•Residential home services experience preferred

•Strong P.C. skills; Intermediate Proficiency level of Excel.

Qualified candidates will possess at least 3 years of clerical experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

•Effective Organization and time management skills

•Effective Oral and Written Communication Skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage

•Effective Communication with management at all levels

•PC literate with proficiency in the use of MS Office - very good skill level with EXCEL required!

•Strong customer service skills


•Work is performed in a fast paced, office environment.

•Some field work / branch visits may be required

The successful candidate will have reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal back ground check.
