RECRUITING ADMINISTRATOR - New Position! Our HR Team is growing!

This Recruiting / Human Resources Admin will work out of our Mt Laurel NJ Office.

We are searching for a talented HR Admin, to support our growing territory and acquisitions.

This will be an in-office position, Full Time Monday - Friday Business Hours. Hourly position with OT probable.

This is a new position we are adding to our growing HR Team!

Essential Functions
•Familiarity with Life Cycle Hiring process: Offer Letters, Background Checks, Drug Screens, keeping branch Teams updated on status.
•Support our Corporate Recruiter & Coordinator administratively, as candidates move through the hiring process (background checks, references, drug screens, coordinate Start Date for On-Boarding...)
•Must have strong Systems / Tech experience ( MS Office, HRIS, ADP, Clear Company, etc )
•Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the recruitment effort process statuses.
•Great communication & Follow Up skills - Will interact with Leadership at all branch locations
•Coordinates the process of receiving the accurate documents needed from candidates for proposal submission.
•Communicates important employment information to spark and maintain the interests of prospective candidates (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.).
•Track metrics, recruitment reports and statistical data
•Ability to understand or drive to learn basics of technologies to be able to speak to candidates regarding the position you are recruiting for.
•Perform general administrative duties to include fielding phone calls, maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems, compose, edit and type corporate correspondence, generate status reports
•Employment related clerical and administrative functions within the Recruiting Department
•Supporting recruitment activities and scheduling and coordination of interviews
•Processing a variety of recruiting personnel transactions using various systems/ databases
•Coordinating and managing onboarding of new hires from start to finish, including drug screening, education, employment screening, criminal background screening
•Assisting with HR with new hire orientation
•Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone, Skype or in person), administers appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire).
•Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as job boards, career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
•HRIS systems, ADP, online platforms like INDEED, ZIPRECRUITER etc
•Maintains records of past, present, and future candidates in applicant tracking system
•Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of HUMAN RESOURCES Administration recruiting or recruiting support experience.

Successful candidate should have the following:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects
•Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
•Ability to understand requirements and articulate a clear concise Job Description for filling client needs
•Excellent communications and sales background to get the best talents for various openings
•Strong attention to details and follow-through
•Is an Excellent Communicator; exceptional phone etiquette and solid writing skills
•Computer and Tech savvy; Well-versed in standard Microsoft Office tools &, social media tools
•Great interpersonal skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Highly organized: demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
•Goal oriented, KPI's, Metrics
•Must be a team player!

There will be some cross-over to Recruiting function: RECRUITING Experience Preferred:

Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Prescreen candidates and identify opportunities that would match their skill set and career desires.

Update/maintain applicant tracking systems.

Experience using web-based recruiting tools including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems

Update and maintain changes to Candidate Tracker

Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to learn new applications and create reports

NOTE: Experience recruiting in the MEP Trades, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Heating, Electrical is highly valued!!
