Branding / Marketing Manager  @ LEN THE PLUMBER

New opportunity on our exceptional Marketing Team!  Team expanding!! 

Now that LTP has 7 LTP Branch locations and 6 new acquisitions that are members of the LTP Home Services Family of Companies -- our Marketing Team is growing!  New positions added! 

The Branding Marketing Manager supports the overall marketing plan by developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and grows the company’s online presence.  The primary objective for this role is to drive lead generation efforts, digital strategy and execution, as well as contribute to brand awareness objectives while encouraging improvement and innovation. 

Focus on: 

  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. 
  • Experience in campaign management of SEM, including PPC, Social Media and Reputation platforms
  • Certified in Google Adwords, Analytics 

 This position will work out of our Baltimore Corporate Office, or possibly MOCO or NOVA Office

There is a possibility of a Hybrid blend of in-office attendance and WFH/Remote

This new position will work closely with our Vendors & Agency partners.  Helpful if you have Agency experience.  Key elements include CRM, Customer engagement strategy, ( all platforms of customer outreach:  email, direct mail etc ) Creative Development of LTP Home Services brand, Brand Awareness, Repeat customer / loyalty. KPI, Metrics, Analytics, Results. 

Technology preferences:  Salesforce, HubSpot, Service Titan.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate, develop, and execute on plans that achieve lead goals and cost per lead goals
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive results in Tier 1 kpi’s: Leads and cost per lead
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
  • Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
  • Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad and marketing spends
  • Test new channels and trends (such as voice search, Service Titan, Goolge related, etc)
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
  • Work closely with digital vendor(s) for end to end management of performance marketing activity across paid and owned channels
  • Work with Dir. of Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligned.
  • Maintain monthly department KPI’s

 

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:  

  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed in a professional group office environment.

Lift up to 30 Lbs. 

Ability to travel by car to all LTP branches when required.


EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in agency or corporate marketing role

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

Experience in campaign management of SEM, including PPC, Social Media and Reputation platforms 

Certified in Google Adwords, Analytics 

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel Office
