Director of IT - New Position! Our IT Team is growing! Prefer candidates on EST / East Coast time zone - Remote / WFH opportunity - Can live anywhere in US, with regular travel to our branch locations in the Mid-Atlantic ( MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, NJ ), GA and other new locations! Travel 25 - 50% . Our footprint is growing and new locations are being added.

Seeking a candidate familiar with supporting a larger multi-unit, $$MMM organization of +1,000 employees. Entrepreneurial & strategic -- we are building our IT, Security, Technology, Data platforms! Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Data Visualization, Data Warehousing, Cyber Security required. Strong Vendor Management and Project Management skills required.

The Director of IT’s main responsibility is to utilize proven experience in organizational development, automation and implementation of IT best-practices to align the business with steep and fast growth in a private equity, B2C, environment. The Director of IT has a strong background in cyber security, IT infrastructure, M&A and business integration from both a technical and process standpoint. The Director of IT partners with the VP of Strategy and Business Integration as well as external vendors on creating and establishing streamlined and efficient technical solutions to enhance processes across the company. They will drive the development of an integration playbook and oversee IT integration with emphasis on ease and security of information and data flow.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Develop and execute IT strategies across business units and departments across a fast-growing enterprise that aligns with the business unit / department priorities and those of IT including developing engaging partners to develop consolidated data warehouses and data visualization tools

Partner with senior planning leaders and executive leadership to create a sound multi-year plan with clear planning assumptions and accurate financial insights for the IT function

Manage external IT vendors or build internal IT department to support multi-year plan for IT

Conduct external research and engage partners across multiple departments within the broader enterprise to frame up potential strategic initiatives for investment or execution support.

Create data analysis and BI reporting tools across multiple lines of business and acquisition partners

Transform IT strategy and infrastructure to support needs of end-users including those working in the field and in the office

Govern cyber security program and research optimal ways to ensure organization is secure against new threats

Develop IT M&A integration playbook that can be applied to a variety of acquisition types and IT infrastructure and cyber security levels

Oversee post-merger integration for IT related services including major software, hardware procurement and management, cyber, and identify strategy for execution

Partner with external vendors to create a documented Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery Program and IT / cyber policies

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed in a professional group office environment.

Ability to travel to all LTP branches and acquisitions on a regular basis (25% travel)

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

Ability to effectively present cyber and IT program the Board of Directors and CEO

Ability to build strong teams in a fast-growing and complex environment

Strong business acumen and data analysis in a complex and fast-growing environment

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study

Five years of experience in Data Collection and Analysis, IT Consulting, IT Performance Management, Strategy or Financial Planning, Business Intelligence and Analytics, or Business Process Design; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Ten years of experience working in a large organization.

Strong program management experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as business acumen.

Experience presenting to Executive Level Leaders.

Strong analytical and technical knowledge.

Curiosity for exploring market research, industry trends, and innovation to drive growth and transform an organization.

Ability to work independently.

Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with little supervision
