Legwork is looking for a new team member to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Rep assists in all areas of the sales process ranging from lead management, prospecting, demand gen, following up with prospects and assisting with general sales-related duties. The SDR role is an important and integral part of keeping our sales process running well.
• Lead follow up
• Coordinate with new sales leads to help nurture appointments for our sales team.
• Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the company offerings and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages of Legwork to prospective customers
• Handle phone inquiries
• Work within our CRM to update our opportunity tracker and assist in moving leads through our sales funnel.
• Assist in creating agreements during the sales process.
• Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects.
• Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and listening.
• Ability to converse with and influence prospects to book appointments with our sales team.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus
• Solid understanding of social media tools and vehicles including Linked In, Twitter, Blogs and monitoring tools.
