About Our Team, Culture, and CEO:
Our company culture and team camaraderie that Legion has built together cannot go unnoticed. We continue to foster our professional and personal relationships in and out of the office. To name just a few we host monthly office themed parties, including an office bake competition for Valentine’s Day, Valentine grams, we play Pictionary for cash prizes, and enjoy catered breakfasts as a team. We also participate in free client events, which includes enjoying our local comedy club Tommy Ts, attending A’s and Giants games, free paintball courses, laser tag, and lastly enjoying local restaurants to support small business owners. On a larger scale, we also participate in company networking events to meet with our other offices, annual company retreats to all-inclusive, and paid for vacation to a resort, which in the past has included the Bahamas, Vegas, The Dominican Republic, and Cancun.
In addition to our work hard play hard mentality, philanthropy is also an extremely important part of our culture. Our community here at Legion gives back on an abundance of different platforms; whether it’s a small act or a large act of kindness, it is truly the way to provide hopefulness and to see differences in our world. Events and services Legion has worked on include creating fundraisers for our local community, participating in Turkey trots during thanksgiving, clothing drives and toy drives during Christmas, beach clean-ups in San Francisco and Marin County, and Soup Kitchens, to name a few.
Fun facts about the CEO:
Our CEO was born in Israel, and he moved to the US at the age of 23.
He played professional basketball in Israel before moving to the US, and also served in the Israeli military.
He has also owned another company previous to Legion and he aspires to invest and diversify Legion to ensure the growth and sustainability of what he has created these past 12 years.
He just like many others is a family man and he makes it known that his two young kids are the most important aspect of his life. These qualities and traits shine through the work he does, and I think it would be safe to say that all of our staff here consider him to be a role model for success, perseverance, and integrity.
We will be training candidates for full-time management positions in sales and marketing, human resources, team lead, and the executive office.
