Sales Representative

This is a face to face sales role. If you like to have fun and talk to people, this is the perfect position for you!!.

We are a fast moving company looking for an outgoing, high energy, self-motivated, sales minded person to join our team!

How you will help better the World:

All new team members will go through training by shadowing our senior reps as they give you the tools needed to help build your knowledge in marketing, basic sales, communication and presentation skills.

We help educate the community by promoting our clients services during our community outreach event throughout Knoxville and the surrounding areas. The areas we promote change weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers/sponsors
• Prospect and contact potential customers/sponsors
• Reach agreed upon sales goals by the deadline
• Create sales material to present to potential customers/sponsors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus but not required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work directly with general public
• Organized and punctual
• Self-motivated
• Capacity to learn new skills
• Professional demeanor
• Positive energetic personality
