Job Description

We are looking for a mature, smart, motivated, hardworking individuals with a good attitude to fill a position at our fast-paced wholesale company. Applicants must have a stable work history, hold a minimum of a high school diploma, college degree preferred, communicate well. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, have reliable transportation. Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities include
- Provide customer service via phone/email
- Enter orders to the system, verify stock and payment, print shipping label, pick/pack the small parcel packages
- Inventory maintenance, organizing, and verification
- Occasionally helping unload the incoming shipment
- Travel for trade shows if needed
- Other duties assigned by the manager

Qualifications expected but not mandatory:

- College degree or courses

- eCommerce, internet marketing knowledge

- Graphic/web design-related

- Customer service/sales experience

- Furniture or interior design related experience

This is a small business, we work hard, and we expect everyone to work hard as well.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position, with overtime pay. Employee passes the probation period will have company benefits, such as paid time off, holiday, health insurance (with company contribution), etc. After the first year of employment will be entitled to a performance bonus.

The company is well known and respected in the home decor industry.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
