Job Description

 

Summary

 

The Member Retention Analyst is responsible for supporting all channels and business partners with analytical data to enhance the member experience, proactively improving member loyalty, reduce attrition, and re-engage lost or inactive. Acts as the voice of the customer through data and the ambassador for all member-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the organization by providing churn analytical data, interpretation, and insights for all channels

·        Understand certain pools of members that churn at a higher rate than others utilizing CSR method

·        Use data to structure variable commission plans for retention agents

·        Establish survival curve analysis specific to nonpayment

·        Create automated member level risk assessment for dialer queues

·        Develop champion/challenger processes & reporting for vendor performance

  • Manage complex cross-functional partnerships and mining member data to uncover insights that drive incremental customer lifetime value
  • Ensures integrity and accuracy of business segment and/or support functional metrics.
  • Utilize data to improve internal processes and/or determine root causes of certain business challenges and propose solutions to reduce churn
  • Monitors key performance metrics across operational areas on an on-going basis.
  • Establish tracking and reporting methods for internal use and distribution to the channel leaders and Board of Directors
  • Obtain insights from both transactional and behavioral data, and recognize the unique value of both and how they play with, and against, each other

·        Gathers available customer behavior, transactions, demographics data and usage pattern

  • Execute best in class loyalty data and analytics strategies and roadmap to implement & support a loyalty program
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to help support broader loyalty program strategies

Minimum Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in related field – statistics, data analytics, finance or equivalent combinations of relevant work experience

·        At Least 3 years of relevant analytical experience

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Understanding of loyalty marketing, customer segmentation, CRM, campaign management & predictive modeling concepts
  • Proven ability and experience analyzing customer data for actionable business insights
  • Innate desire to solve problems through analysis or through a quantitative process.
  • Good understanding of business policies and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SQL & Tableau & Familiarity with R & rpg
