Critical Skills:

  • Effectively able to prospect in our existing database
  • Demonstrate ability and consistency in generating required closing opportunities each month
  • Effectively determine attorneys' need and suitability for membership
  • Respond in a timely manner to all sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate consistent ability to enroll new members
  • Ability to meet and exceed minimum standards
  • Ability to project a professional and consumer focused impression of LegalMatch
  • Identify and maximize opportunities to fill open allocations
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and professionally
  • Excellent communications and organization skills a must
  • Input all communications with attorneys into CRM
  • Ability to work well with co-workers, attorneys and managers
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance -- 40-hour work week
  • Ability speak and write English fluently and to use phone systems and keyboards for extended periods of time

What you should know:

· This is a 1099 independent contractor position

· Compensation is 100% commission

· We are looking for full time Monday - Friday commitments

· You may reside anywhere in the US, except California

· Position requires the following hardware:

o Lap Top or Desktop

o Headset w/ sound/microphone

o Video Capability

o Broadband Internet

· We will provide the following software:

o Mitel Softphone

o Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)

o Instant messenger

o Sales Force


· LegalMatch will also provide initial and ongoing training

o Virtual training will take place over Microsoft Teams

o Line feeding from our in-house Attorney available

Your Role:
• Lead by example
• Identify potential sales talent
• Develop new hires into a collaborative sales team
• Motivate people, keeping them focused and on track
• Provide ongoing training that includes updated best practices and strategy, improved messaging, prospecting methods, and adoption of the latest tools and technologies
• Monitor trainee aptitude and quality by listening to calls and providing coaching feedback
• Be the first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
• Coordinate team logistic and technical support
• Create an environment oriented around trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within the team
• Provide necessary business information for team members
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments of potential attorney members
• Overcome technical and business objections of potential attorney members
• Celebrate the accomplishments of the team

Education and Experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a sales management/developer capacity, 5+ years preferred
• CRM Experience Required - Salesforce CRM preferred

• Work Monday through Friday 8 am – 5pm
• Some work outside of normal hours is required
• Some travel to national sales sites
As a LegalMatch employee your compensation package includes base salary (DOE) plus a generous bonus plan based on production. This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a LegalMatch employee you will receive two weeks paid vacation, one week paid sick time (start accruing at 90 days) health, dental vision, EAP, short and long term disability are available the first of the month after 60 days. Training is fully paid.
