Multi Office Law Firm in Coral Gables is looking to hire a sharp Paralegal with complex commercial litigation experience. They are looking for someone that takes initiative and has strong organizational skills. Candidates with at least 7+ years of litigation experience will be considered.

Paralegal Commercial Litigation - Job Duties

• Drafting pleadings and discovery requests/responses
• Managing and organizing discovery including large document productions communicating with clients
• Calendaring key dates

Paralegal Commercial Litigation - Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
• Must have experience with handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Proficient with both federal and state court procedures
• Proficient with E-Discovery software
• Proficient in MS Word
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to multi-task
