Our client, an economic consulting firm is currently seeking skill administrative professionals to join their team. These roles require at least one year of administrative experience within an office setting; and a specific scheduling skill set. The Administrative Assistant roles will support the Partners, Principals, and Practice Managers in the Cartels, Antitrust, IP and/or the Finance and Life Sciences practices. Qualified applicants will have be extremely detail-oriented, professional, and able to work with senior-level management. Excellent proofreading and grammar skills are a must. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules and calendars, scheduling both online and in-person meetings, making travel arrangement sdrafting correspondences including emails, letters, and other communications, and other administrative duties as necessary. The firm would like to see Assistants with an undergraduate degree and a minimum of one-year to three years’ experience working in a professional environment.
