EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – LITIGATION - The Washington, DC office Executive Partner, a busy litigation attorney of a globally ranked law firm is seeking an experienced litigation professional to provide both legal and executive assistant support. In this role, the Executive Assistant will support this partner and a few associates within the same practice. The role is hybrid of high-level executive support and litigation legal assistant job functions:
- Executive assistant related job duties to include: Complex travel arrangements, calendar management, expenses, time-entry, billing, scheduling, gatekeeping, proofreading firmwide written correspondences, composing emails on the attorneys’ behalf, planning firm events and assisting with the rollout of new policies for the DC office.
- Litigation legal assistant related job duties include: trial preparation, research, organizing pleadings and discovery request, document production, preparing exhibits for trial or hearings, conducting Bloomberg and PACER searches, and tracking due dates/assisting with docketing management.
The successful applicant will have a minimum three years recent litigation & trial experience supporting a busy team. Patent litigation and/or International trade practice area experience a plus! The Executive Assistant must be very organized, adaptable, confident, and able to anticipate the team’s needs. Our client is offering a very competitive benefit’s package and salary.
