Facilities Manager

As a full-time Facilities Manager at Legacy Village of Stillwater, you will be able to put your skills to use and ensure our senior living residents have a top-notch living experience.

With a competitive salary of $65,000/year, you'll be able to live your life to the fullest while doing what you love. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FACILITIES MANAGER

As a Facilities Manager, you play an integral role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our vibrant senior living community. You love knowing that your leadership is making a difference in the lives of our 246 amazing residents. Your expert management ensures that the building is consistently maintained, from filling nail holes and touch-up paint to overseeing more complex repairs. You also take on the responsibility of managing a team of maintenance technicians, as well as scheduling and overseeing the overnight attendant. Qualifications:

• Ability to be in the building during the hours requested and to be on call
• Licensure as plumber HVAC technician electrician or other trade is preferred but not required.
