Legacy Law Centers in Leesburg VA is looking for our next amazing team member to join our growing office. We opened up in 2009 and we have been fortunate enough to be able to have a huge impact on the wellness of our community.


We are currently searching for an initiative-taking, goal oriented, and career minded Client Service Coordinator. Our busy Estate Planning practice strives to give our clients a 5-star experience all the time, every time. We believe service excellence is centered on quality client care and relationships and is the responsibility of all employees.


We are looking for a candidate who is someone who loves to help others, has a high energy personality, likes to learn new things, and cares about the quality of work you are doing. We are fast paced, so you have to be ready to hustle.


Previous office experience as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Qualified candidates will have strengths in interpersonal skills and multitasking ability. Must be able to perform administrative duties, which are, but not limited to:


Ministerial


Providing support to the office manager, attorneys, staff and most importantly, the client. Through collecting mail on a daily basis and distributes appropriately. Communicating effectively with clients, paralegals, staff and other attorney's offices. As well as performing other related duties, as appropriate


Check clients in and out


Ensuring that all clients and visitors feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door, by greeting them in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Scanning client supplied documents, id's and other records. As well as collecting payments, preparing client receipts, and posting payments accurately via CRM. Also, Perform daily intake preparation ensuring that required documentation is prepared in advance to ensure efficient client flow.


Telephone


Pleasantly receive incoming calls, answering questions and making appointments for existing and potential clients, and address their needs professionally and promptly. Additionally, screen calls, take messages and return calls as directed.


Data Entry


Respects and maintains client privacy and dignity, handle confidential information, and adhere to Attorney Client Privilege at all times. Registering clients in CRM system, verifying demographics and updating accordingly. While reviewing and organizing client folders for accuracy and authenticity and preparing daily/weekly client management reports.
