THE PROPER CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:

  • Must have a completed high school diploma
  • Able to adapt to changing environments
  • Possess exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Previous customer service experience not required but an asset
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Legacy Group Brand
  • Demonstrate and provide our customers with product knowledge and information
  • Aid our patrons with new acquisitions, upgrades, and services
  • Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Maintain company’s professional image
  • Work both individually and as a team
