The operation manager will direct and support our cleaning operations accounts. This individual will provide our franchisees and clients the support, training, and customer services needed to continually represent and uphold the janiking standard.
Job Requirements:
Adaptable to change with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-growing organization
Excellent written and oral skills
Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership abilities
Minimum 2-3 years Supervisory experience (experience in similar position would be a plus)
Ability to react quickly to changing situations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to give written feedback and action plan
Proactive in dealing with a high value customer
Must have the ability to oversee cleaning projects
Must be a well-organized self-starter
Participate in meetings with client’s executive level personnel
Perform daily inspections to ensure quality control
Must be flexible to work weekends, as well as late night into the early mornings
