Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing sales manager with knowledge of roofing, windows, and siding to help grow our sales team and maximize revenue. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing our sales department. We are looking for candidates who want to be apart of a team and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Keeping up with new roofing, window, and siding innovations
Recruiting, training, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with homeowners
Present sales and revenue reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
Hire and train sales team in product knowledge, home anatomy, and sales process
Run overflow leads
Close Deals, Make Money and Have Fun

Skills

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Effectively communicate with sales team, customers, and management team
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Knowledge of roofing, windows, and siding

**Base Salary: $60,000 per year**

**Commission on all sales**

**Monthly Bonuses**

**Override of Sales Team**
