Job Description
Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee the accounting, human resources, and administrative functions for the office
  • Manage accounts receivable, collections, payment posting, and billing reconciliations
  • Process full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way P.O. matching and expense reporting
  • Conduct payroll administration, including submitting biweekly payroll to corporate office
  • Perform human resources functions, including onboarding, employee benefits, employee updates, union reporting, and sending all paperwork to the corporate human resources team
  • Order and upkeep supplies and maintain vendor relationships
  • Schedule, plan, and organize events, orientations, and training sessions for employees
  • Prioritize customer needs, whether in person or by phone or email
  • Maintain electronic and physical copies of various licenses, permits, and HR records
Skills/Qualifications:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative role 
  • Previous accounting experience in AR, AP, and payroll
  • Ability to work independently, while staying organized and multi-tasking efficiently
