Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Review and file sales tax returns
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare annual 1099’s
  • Prepare weekly payroll
  • Ensure that all accounting functions are performed correctly, and research and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Keep an up to date General Ledger

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeper experience preferred but not required
  • Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles
