What You’ll Get to Do
As a complement to our consulting services, you’ll represent our customers by working directly with and for their teams and with Leapgen’s brilliant advisors (we call ourselves Leapers). You can do all this while having the flexibility you are looking for in your career path. Gigs may be fractional and last for a few weeks; and others will be half- to full-time for 6+ months. Each assignment is dependent on the needs of the customer and the scope of their program. We’ll match you based on your skill set, interests, availability and fit with the customer team.
Skills Profiles Our Customers Need Now
Digital Program Manager: Responsible for setting up and managing program governance structure, managing program schedule, budget & resource plan, as well as overseeing work of project & scrum managers (both colleagues and talent from partners).
Project Manager/Scrum Master: Responsible for planning and managing component projects that support program objectives. Includes forecasting, tracking and reporting on project hours/budget, risks and issues; recommends mitigating actions; also responsible for talent planning and resource management of project(s) overseen.
UX Designer: Responsible for ensuring that digital experiences are frictionless. Activities include interface and visual design, wireframing, collecting people’s feedback and using system-driven data to improve people’s experiences.
Knowledge Manager: Executing on knowledge management strategy, including activities such as auditing digital assets (e.g., policies, FAQ's, change enablement materials) for digital readiness, migrating content to help consolidate knowledge bases and directing subject matter experts and editors on how to digitize content, and testing content for usability.
Business Analyst: Analyzing and recommending ways to optimize business processes, designing and mapping business processes, defining business requirements and configuration requirements through epic and story writing, defining system reporting requirements, testing system-driven processes.
Communications Lead: Leading all program communications efforts, including ensuring colleagues participate in change assessment activities and managing the creation, upkeep and localization of communications content, signing off on all of it; will also determine and manage enterprise communications channels.
Data Analyst: Managing master data, including creation, updates, cleansing and deletion, providing quality assurance of data through thorough testing. Also responsible for managing confidential data, users and user roles in accordance with rules set by Technical Architect and approved by Digital Program Manager. May also define reporting requirements and develop system-produced reports [from single or multiple systems].
Report Developer: Defining reporting requirements for new systems and collecting, analyzing and converting raw data into system-delivered reports (including visualizations), which may be used for either supporting functional stakeholder decision-making or uploading data to other systems.
QA Tester: Testing and evaluating configured software to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues. May be responsible for both the testing itself and the development and management of test scripts, as well as scheduling of testing sessions.Qualifications
