Job Description
Seeking hardworking, dedicated, experienced general manager for high volume restaurant/bar operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years General Manager experience with full P&L responsibility
- Ability to establish and execute superior business operations
- Experienced in strategic forecasting and cost controls
- Act as an ambassador for the vision, the brand and the direction of the Company
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
- Supports a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in integrity of food, beverage and service
- Experience with scratch kitchens and working alongside Executive Chefs
- In-depth knowledge of current HR laws and best practices
- Emphasizes ongoing training and development of 10 Managers and 100+ staff
