The Manager will lead the implementation of processes and procedures outlined by the Director of Service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assure quality and reliability of agent calls through consistent and objective review of service calls Provide feedback to Service Team and identify coaching opportunities based on call audit reviews Produce and analyze quality assurance reports to present to department leadership Assist Corporate Service Support Manager and Director of Service with ongoing training initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Skills and Competencies: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Prior auditing and/or quality assurance experience Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook Desired Skills: Prior supervisory experience Previous experience with a Call Center environment Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities. Ability to work independently and within team environments. Proven success handling multiple assignments concurrently, timely and professionally. Ability to remain composed and be adaptive in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Supplemental education or certifications. Supplemental computer knowledge (Access, MS Projects, etc.). Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
