Risk Management Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity located in East Austin. Our client provides accessible healthcare to individuals and families in Central Texas with sensitivity to the cost of medical care. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a risk management position specifically in healthcare. Compensation is DOE.


  • Coordinate responses to TMB or Insurance complaints.
  • Coordinate mitigation and responses to patient complaints, especially around physician or clinical complaints.
  • Coordinate malpractice lawsuits internally, with counsel, and TMLT.
  • Coordinate dismissal review and response.
  • Track and record all documentation related to the above.


  • Paralegal preferred.
  • 3 years in a risk management role in health care.
  • Prefer physician group but hospital experience is OK too.
  • Excel experience.
