Sr. Client Partner- Security Sales & Cloud

Job Description

 

Responsibilities​

  • Minimum 10 years of experience personal in quota carrying Infrastructure and Security sales and strategic account management with enterprises, engaging with accounts, and selling IT infrastructure and cyber security services​
  • Self-generate and also pursue infrastructure and Security sales leads and opportunities identified by our sales and marketing teams​
  • Planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, opportunity management, pipeline management and deal management skills required​
  • Experience and expertise in selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria​
  • Ability to solve customer problems on cloud, Data center and Security services required.​
  • Collaborative, Orchestrate and influence customer to pursue sales​
  • Drive top down solutioning for complex deals involving multiple service lines and technical disciplines as part of RFI, RFP and informal deal processes​
  • Develop a deep (and technical) understanding of the customer’s business priorities, operational model/objectives, data center environment, Cyber Security and their IT initiatives/Roadmap.​
  • Demonstrated understanding of solutions in Cloud, Data Center, network, security, cloud/virtualization, application, storage, backup, consulting services​
  • Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand clients business processes, infrastructure, Security initiatives and recommend compelling solutions​
  • Ability to present complex delivery and technical concepts to the clients during white boarding and orals sessions​
  • Have a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloud, Data Center, Cyber Security and workspace services to facilitate the trusted advisor relationship.​
  • Envision a Transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the client’s expectations.​
  • Maintain awareness of customer operations as Infrastructure or Security expert/advisor and assist with operational planning, risk management and act as a coordinator for deployments, migrations, etc..​
  • Will be responsible for cross-selling and upselling of Infrastructure and Security services to the customer​
  • Conduct a regular cadence of operational review with the Customer and provide recommendations and improvements ​
  • Conduct regular on-site business reviews and regular interactions with executive sponsors.​
  • Establish a direct relationship with account stakeholders and internal Practice, Delivery , Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and Operations team and have regular touch points to for account development​
  • Participate in Sales Account Planning and support account penetration/pipeline growth strategies.​
  • Present proposed solutions in a professional business environment, demonstrating salesmanship and effective communication​
  • Strong leadership skills, decision-making and problem solving abilities​
  • At least 8-10 years experience in pre-sales or technical consulting experience ​
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% for visit Customers ​.
