Job Description

Leading Concrete Pumping Business looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 Years dispatching experience
Dependable and Trustworthy
Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills
Strong Multitasker
Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Construction Knowledge a plus not required



Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answering phone calls from customers, taking orders, putting into our dispatch system
• Confirming daily with customers and coordination of assigning pumps/operators for next day
• Printing daily job tickets
• Responsible for communication/dispatching operators
• Communicate with Operations Manager daily regarding schedule
• Perform administrative functions necessary in the daily operations
• Safety training
