Full Time Customer Relations Manager

We are currently expanding our Customer Service team and are in need of outstanding Customer Service Representatives. To be considered a successful candidate for this position, the right individual will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care. We need a Customer Service Representative who can take charge and foster positive relationships with our clients. If you know how to find unique ways to deal with customer complaints or concerns, you’d be a perfect fit for this position.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering customer’s inquiries
  • Meeting reasonable customer satisfaction goals
  • Working with other members of the customer service team in order to meet and exceed established metrics for the position
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service. This includes communication both over the phone, as well as through email

Consider yourself a good match if you're:

  • Experienced- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Communicative - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs, as well as other CS related applications
  • A wordsmith- you have a way with words, both orally and written
