LeaderStat is partnering with a high-end, non-profit, life-plan community in Annapolis, MD who is seeking a new Social Worker (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join their Social Services department. Our client is a longstanding member of the community offering high-end senior living options in a full continuum of care (Independent Living , Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing) in an intimate environment.
This CCRC is newly renovated and has a 5-star rated healthcare center. This smaller organization fosters a team atmosphere and a proactive team style.
We are looking for an experienced and LCSW-C (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) who is a team player, approachable, and who demonstrates excellent follow-through.
