This position full-time and based in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do

  • Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
  • Ability to manage relationships between the executive office and all investors on any tactically work that needs to be done.
  • Sit in every meeting and transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
  • Maintain employee confidence and keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information for the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Coordinate and supervise all work event for staff
  • Oversee essential recruitment and hiring process that is up to date.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or relevant field preferred
  • Strong research, verbal communication, and writing skills
  • Creative and flexible
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  • Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy on orders and invoices
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM, Outreach.io, Excel, Google Apps preferred, but not required
