About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced growth hacker to join our software development startup.

You are a savvy Marketing Manager who can handle all aspects of our marketing campaigns, including social media, PPC / AdWords, website copy, email marketing, etc.

If you love data and are passionate about the Web, SEO, marketing, and being an instrumental part of a growing business, we want to talk to you. We offer an environment to work with lots of data in a fast-paced, growing company. This key position requires a successful online marketing track record, technical expertise, and an obsession with Return on Investment (ROI).

Lead Spring Media is located in a private office in a coworking building that welcomes different talent from all types of tech companies and startups. We like to keep the atmosphere around the office collaborative, casual and inclusive. A good fit in our company is someone that is easy going and dedicated to delivering quality work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

● Writing and designing marketing and email drip campaigns

● Devising strategies to increase email subscribers, open rates, and click-through rates.

● Designing and deploying surveys to inform future decision making

● Running our Facebook pages and ad pages

● Implementing conversion tracking for our users

● Optimizing our PPC marketing

● Analyzing Google Analytics data for trends and measuring social media and email marketing success

● Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.

● Plan, Execute and Report on Campaigns’ ROI & KPIs

● Strategize, develop and implement digital campaign strategies/campaigns establishing and reaching objectives and KPIs to generate growth

● Implement continual testing and enhancements to the website user experience driving improvements in KPIs

● Work closely with the web development team to implement changes, tests, tracking, etc.

About you:

● Excellent copywriter

● You have solid experience in online marketing

● Technically proficient at understanding and adapting to Facebook and Google Analytical data

● Strong understanding of campaign KPI performance metrics and SEO

● Solid knowledge of Google AdWords, Analytics and Tag Manager

● Experience successfully crafting content for social media

Bonus:

● Comfortable working on WordPress

● Google AdWords Certified; Google Analytics certified, or Google Tag Manager certified

● Experience working in a start-up environment
