Job Description

Lead Marine is currently seeking Journeymen level Marine Electricians for a variety of Shipyard customers on the waterfront in the San Diego area!

 

Marine Electrician Responsibilities:

  • Disconnects, repairs, installs, reconnects and tests electrical equipment and cables
  • Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning electrical equipment
  • Lays-out and accomplishes installations and upgrades of equipment
  • Determines material requirements for repairs. Reads and works from basic work specifications and drawings

​​Marine Electrician Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years electrical experience within the marine and/or shipyard industry
  • Demonstrated positions of management and/or leadership
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution capabilities
  • Possess general computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
