Job Description

We are hiring Fine Grade Heavy Equipment Operators!

If you have 3+ years of experience on a Dozer/ Motor Grader, Skid steer, Front end loader, back end loader, excavator, track hoe and are looking for a new opportunity, continue reading to see if this position would be a great fit for you!!

What you will be doing:

  • Operating Heavy Equipment ( Skidsteer, Dozer, Front End Loader, Pipelayer, Excavator, Backhoe and more
  • Fine Grading ( GPS Tremble and or manual)
  • Reading Blueprints
  • Moving materials to areas around the site
  • Digging trenches
  • Laying underground pipe
  • Other duties as needed

Minimal Requirements:

  • 1 + years Construction experience on skid steer, backhoe, trackhoe, excavator, roller, mini excavator, bulldozer adn more
  • Valid Driver’s License and or dependable transportation
  • Have a good attitude and be on time
  • Work safely and be conscious of surroundings and possible safety issues
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
  • Be able to work in all outdoor environments
  • (Preferred) OSHA 10
  • Must be able to work M-F 8+ hours and Saturdays
  • Must have steel toe work boots, hard hat, high visibility vest, gloves and safety glasses

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to hear, and speak clearly
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • (preferred) Experience laying storm drains and underground pipe
  • (preferred) Reads blueprints
