Milwaukee Operations Manager

Le Village is a child-centric co-working space for parents. We are currently seeking a Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office and plan various events, mixers, talks and programs throughout the year, and be a resource for the owner.

Le Village is a co-working space that offers on-site childcare for AM and PM segments Monday through Friday. Parents can book as many segments as they like. During that time, parents can step away to a quiet space onsite to work and pop over to check on their little ones. During the time that children are in "Village Care" classrooms, parents are able to work independently in an office environment. Your job will be to act as a liaison and leader for these individuals. We are looking for someone who can come in and work on their own, but still take direction when needed. Someone that can anticipate the needs of the office. Someone that grasps the culture/community of the business and re-enforces it. This person will have a sunny disposition and have impeccable attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate's Degree in a related field, or in the hunt for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Record of up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent attitude and proactive approach to work.
• Experience in Excel
• Childcare or Teaching Experience preferred
• Motherhood or being a parent a plus ;)

• Pay: $40K-$63K (based on experience)
