Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be tasked with multiple responsibilities around the store. Compensation for this position is based on experience. Our ideal candidate will have prior hardware & paint knowledge and previous retail customer service experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Ring up customers when needed
  • Merchandising, stocking & maintenance


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of hardware and paint is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion
