-Troubleshoot issues with client workstations, servers, networking infrastructure (i.e. routers, WAPs, switches, etc.), printers, email, backup, applications, etc.
-Learn software/hardware used and supported by our company
-Experience performing hardware installation and issue resolution
-Strong desktop support/implementation skills for Windows 10-11, Mac OSX
-Working knowledge of peripherals (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
-MS Office products and Office365 Email knowledge
-Windows servers (some server installation/maintenance experience preferred)
-Highly self-motivated, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
-A valid driver's license and a reliable car since this position entails occasional traveling to client sites throughout northern NJ Travel to client sites within a 20-30-mile radius to perform hardware/software installation, resolve IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely, and other various items
