Customer Service Representative: The hours are 10:30-7 Monday-Friday.

As a leader in the MRO industry, we partner with customers to make sure they have the right maintenance and repair parts on hand when needed.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to field sales team and customers.

This position is located in Chicago, IL. We offer $18.27/hour; 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package day one.


  • Responds to inquiries via phone, email and other internal systems. + Resolves customer and sales rep issues. + Conducts order entry, modification and status activities. + Reviews and issues product returns, credit memos and document requests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED. + Strong analytical skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. + 3+ years in an in-bound call center environment is preferred. + Experience with SAP is preferred. + Attendance and punctuality are important for performance.
