Florida foreclosure firm looking for an individual with experience in handling Plaintiff foreclosure cases to join our team. We are looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, self-directed and organized, who has excellent communication skills, time management skills, and the capability to handle high volumes of work.
The right candidate will have a strong understanding of foreclosure cases and also have experience with the Florida Courts E-filing Portal. Must have working knowledge of Black Knight Financial Services.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Reviewing cases to determine status and next step and updating client systems
*Compose notices, letters, and emails to clients; must be capable of drafting basic correspondence to court and client without assistance
*Assist in the preparation of MSJ/FJ packages, hearings, mediations, etc.
*Organize and maintain client files in our electronic case management database
*Prepare general correspondence, typing and proofreading documents
*Perform general office duties
Additional attributes that we are looking for:
*capable of working with multiple attorneys
*function well in a fast-paced environment
*be extremely computer literate
*be able to multi-task
*be comfortable working in Microsoft Office applications
*be familiar with some sort of online tracking system, scheduling, and task calendar
This is a full-time position, M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. We offer an excellent working environment plus benefits with salary commensurate with ability and experience.
