Under limited supervision, coordinates with clients to prepare closing documents for the purpose of ensuring a timely and legally binding real estate closing transaction. Keeps parties apprised on all issues that could cause potential delays with closing transactions. Experience with Purchase Transactions is required. Reports to the Purchase Manager. Candidates MUST be upbeat and solutions oriented. Growth mindset is required.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
A preferred candidate should have a minimum of five years’ experience in customer service and real estate purchase transactions or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates purchase process including client communication, information gathering, title curative, CD/HUD production, scheduling, document preparation, recordation of documents and post-closing document preparation
- Builds effective and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Conducts initial review of title search, pre-closing information, loan package and documents for accuracy
- Willingly performs other duties as assigned
