Job Description

Laurelhurst Chiropractic is seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is one of the most important positions in our office. You are the face of our clinic. Patients first and last impression. You are essential. We will train you on the following skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greet and assist onsite patients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform insurance verification
  • Be able to discuss patient bills/money
  • Compile accurate deposits of payments
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • A positive and welcoming spirit
