Launch and Anchor are hiring for an entry-level customer service representative. We are in search of finding the best candidates to grow within our company for management opportunities
You'll start in an entry-level customer service based position where you'll assist with sales responsibilities and receive full business mentorship and learn the skills necessary to transition into our management training program and learn how to manage and lead a large team of people.
This position is full time and involves responsibilities in:
- Customer service
- Entry-level management training
- Sales and marketing presentations
- Face to face sales of new services
- Resolving customer issues
- Processing sales orders in person with customers
We cross-train all employees within leadership development which includes:
- Sales and marketing training fundamentals
- Team, building and mentoring
- Interviewing and developing team members
