Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team! As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with a wide range of immigration-related matters, ensuring that our clients receive efficient and high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and file various immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents, such as visa applications, adjustment of status, naturalization, and employment authorization
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and correspondence
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of client communications and case status updates
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients
