KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all calls/emails are logged, maintained and answered using our helpdesk ticketing system
Provide support over the phone and in-person, including researching issues and resolving each interaction with customer satisfaction
Troubleshooting hardware, software or network problems
Perform routine software/firmware upgrades on computers and associated peripherals
Deploying new computers including imaging/cloning, software installation and data migration
Coordinate hardware and software repairs with vendors
Help maintain accurate hardware and software inventories
Maintain and troubleshoot vendor-provided software used for online purchasing, quoting, etc…
Perform additional related duties as assigned
