Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a help desk technician that has experience with migration, Office 365, and overall technical support.
+ 2 years of Help Desk experience
+ Experience Working with Office 365.
+ 2 years of experience of troubleshooting
+ Knowledge of other Microsoft systems infrastructure products such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
+ Communication with clients is required
+ Abilities to multi-task and attention to detail
+ PowerShell a plus
+ MCSA Office 365 a plus
+ Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient
+ Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team orientation
+ Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
+ High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
+ Demonstrated Initiative and positive can-do attitude
