Job Description

AV Installer

Must be competent with running project sites in a leadership role, managing crews, and leading physical installations of the project from start to finish
Experience with configuration & installation of audio visual systems
Proficient with various terminations including RGB/RG6/Cat5/Compression/Solder etc.
Strong grasp of Audio & Video including signal flow, equipment functionality, control, and programming
Comfortable interacting with clients, understanding client's needs and managing expectations
Familiarity with product lines including Crestron, Extron, Epson, NEC, Sharp, Polycom, Biamp, Clearone, Shure, etc.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blue prints
Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementation skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date
A valid driver's license
Motivated team player with a strong work ethic, ability to work without direct supervision

Preferred Skills:

CTS, CTS-I or a comparable certification
Excellent troubleshooting skills to the component level
Proven track record in providing superior customer service
Strong networking and computer skills
