Who You Are

You are a motivated professional who is a key player in driving project management, team leadership, and communication. You will encourage and lead a cross functional team of function, technical, and administrational experts. In this role the leadership and inspiration you provide to the team will ensure ultimate satisfaction upon delivery.

What You’ll Do

In this position as ERP Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will lead collaboration workstreams and projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet implementation timelines. You will be facilitating the ERP migration/integration. You will be reporting and presenting to senior leadership while traveling up to 25% with a mix of onsite, and telecommuting to various locations.

What You’ll Need

Project Management experience

ERP integration/implementation support experience is preferred

Experience documenting, reporting, and providing analytics for complex projects

Able to work on-site in the local Youngstown, OH office

College degree in an Information Field, Business, Finance Engineering

Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Information/Finance/manufacturing/engineering or related function
