Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Call Center that is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have significant call center supervisory experience, great communication skills, a hard work ethic in order to lead a highly motivated team. Supervisor should be capable of effectively managing the department, which receives large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensure that staff is following call center scripts when handling different topics, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and researching issues to provide solutions. In addition, ability to take initiative, multi-task, perform under pressure, and feel a sense of personal responsibility is a must! SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Supervise and oversee all functions related to the call center department to meet established goads

§ Coach and manage phone counselors to boost productivity and to create a positive work culture

§ Strong focus personally participating and motivating team to complete daily tasks

§ Participate in the daily activities of the surgery center

§ Daily coaching, follow up on sales behaviors, and provide performance improvement plans and document results

§ Monitor calls to evaluate performance gaps, provide feedback, and ensure recommendations are being implemented

§ Reporting, auditing, and payroll review / commission calculation

§ Schedule and conduct team meetings to ensure adherence to company and department policies

§ Liaise with patients including returning calls, proactively following up with no show or cancelled surgery for rescheduling, or attending to will call backs to try and schedule surgery

§ Always maintain open communication with immediate supervisor & reporting

§ Provide excellent customer service at all times

§ Other ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned in support the department in its operations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

§ Fluent is English & Spanish is a must!

§ Team player, able to handle multiple tasks under challenging deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy

§ Strong work ethic including setting and achieving goals; Able to work under pressure

§ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

§ Dependable multi-tasker, able to contribute in across a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment with consistency and follow through

§ Positive attitude supporting an open professional environment

§ Professional and respectful in treatment of patients and coworkers

§ Exceptional customer service skills
