Job Description In this role you will help LARSON maximize revenues and maintain customer satisfaction throughout retail and dealer locations in your territory by training, coaching, and assisting millwork sales, merchandising service, and Pro Services associates. You will manage the store relationship and provide full-support product knowledge training and education. The geographic territory has specific assigned accounts that the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, is a self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive top line sales growth by building relationships in your territory with new and existing customers at all different levels by delivering effective sales messaging and providing customer solutions Deliver training to customers on product offering, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to sell our products Ensure aisle is shopper-ready, which can include moving and handling large products and components Execute new program initiatives and product launch events Provide market sales trends to customers assisting them in creating additional growth opportunities Assist customers with inventory management by reviewing actual on-hand inventory as compared to system data for correction and improvement Partner with customers in maintaining and managing their displays and signage presentation in their stores Collaborate with internal stakeholders by providing market specific product mix data to assist in providing the correct product by market needs Assist with various special projects as market growth opportunities arise Occasional overnight travel (based on specific territory geography)
