Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Generate new business through social media outreach and audience engagement Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients acquired through social media efforts from first social media engagement to first consultation Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner Receive and greet incoming clients and staff, log entries, and track personnel. File various documentation. Reconcile spending receipts. Handle special projects as directed. Work closely with our Scheduling department to maintain current production schedules
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent eye for detail Clear and professional phone demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Good organizational skills Interest in learning new material as needed in fast-paced and technical professional environment
