The Role
Lark is looking for an innovative Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Creative team! The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end production of consumer-facing assets across multiple channels. The role requires an eye for delightful, polished designs that connect with prospective Lark members, and inspire action. We are looking for a designer who is keen on collaborating with various marketing stakeholders, as well as other members of the creative team. They should have an efficient workflow, knack for detail, and familiarity with direct response best practices. Experience designing for both digital and print is necessary.

What You'll Do

Work with creative and marketing to design and deliver marketing assets across multiple channels including email, social, ads, video, and direct mail
Act as a brand steward, contributing to the evolution and consistent application of our brand
Collaborate with marketing analytics to improve designs and optimize audience direct response based on performance data
Understand the intricacies of our consumer base, and use this knowledge to curate targeted and representative creative
Maintain a deep understanding of the Lark product and mission
Stay current on industry marketing trends and tactics

What You'll Need

Strong graphic design background, and expertise in multiple design software/mediums, including video creation.
Experience working in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere or AfterEffects.
Experience producing successful direct response materials for a consumer marketing organization
Understanding of basic marketing analytics principles, and ability to translate quantitative insights into fresh designs
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment, and manage design and feedback cycles multiple projects in parallel
Experience designing for paid, social, native, and display advertising
Preferred production capabilities in any of the following mediums: video, animation, photo, illustration
Background or familiarity writing or editing HTML or CSS code
Experience working in a design or marketing agency setting
Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
Willingness to contribute to creative production outside of the marketing organization as needed
Polished design presentation development
Team-oriented - experience collaborating with other designers and stakeholders

Working at Lark

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. U.S. Salary Range: $74,800 - $115,600. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors, including location, level, and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
